Cabina #5-6 at The Diving Lodge Downtown

The DLD is the perfect place for a tropical getaway. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Morelos, this place will enchant you upon first sight. Stay steps from the water. Watch the sunrise every morning, refresh in the open-air and sea breeze! Private diving trips, relaxing massages, exquisite dinners and more! The space Cabina #5-6 is a spacious studio apartment, located on a 2nd floor, with private stairs leading to it’s entrance. Featuring a lookout deck with chairs for your morning coffee, or afternoon people watching and relaxing. The most interesting feature of this unit is the fact that there is an extra bedroom located within the main studio suite. This offers guests the option for some extra space (great for small families with children or babies), or you may also request to keep the extra bedroom locked for a discount on the price (not available in high season). Layout: The first part of the unit includes a dining area and a small, equipped kitchenette. In a true studio format, it is followed by the main bedroom space which includes a king size bed, closet space, writing desk and chair, plus a smart TV. The bathroom is located in the main suite of Cabina #5. Cabina #6 is an extra bedroom with door that is found inside Cabina #5, this room includes a closet space, king size bed, writing desk and chair with a private balcony looking out on the iconic avenida Rojo Gomez. ***This room is meant for family and close friends as you must pass by the main bedroom (#5) to get to the extra bedroom (#6). Guest access Guests have complimentary seating in the beach club, plus access to a private swimming pool and sundeck overlooking the beach, complete with food and drink services from our beachside bar, known as Diving Bar. Connect with other visitors and locals while enjoying live music from talented artists within the local Puerto Morelos scene. In the evenings, you can savour a seaside dinner at our in-house Mediterranean restaurant, Muses. Open until 11:00 PM, Muses serves exquisite Greek dishes and evening cocktails, perfect for enjoying under the stars. Other things to note The DLD includes five private vacation rentals with a beach bar and an evening restaurant. Busy high season months could mean more live music events and generally more people at the beach and our different businesses.
