The living room opens onto a private patio with views of the shared garden. The skylights and twenty foot ceilings give you a sense of space. The kitchen has a Miele dishwasher and new oven/range, and is fully stocked with dishware and kitchen equipment. There’s a half-bath in the downstairs. There is a 46 inch television, with Chromecast + Google TV dongle, as well as a discreet office area with external monitor in the main living space. Up a flight of stairs is the large bedroom, sunny at all times of the day with an enormous 10 foot skylight. The mattress is Brooklyn Bedding and there is a cozy seating area on the other side of the room. A short hallway, with a walk-in closet on one side and a full bath on the other, leads to a back room with another dedicated office area with an external monitor as well as a lounging area that can double up as a kid’s bed. The washer/dryer is upstairs.
