Beautiful home with gorgeous views of wineries and Yakima River. Private bathroom ; fridge and microwave in the room, shared kitchen and washer and dryer available. Very close to West Richland: Kennewick: Pasco and Prosser. Hosted many traveling Nurses and other professionals looking for a place to stay in the Tri - Cities. If you are into hiking; or just shopping; you will be literally 15 to 20 Minutes from all the amenities. Lots of places to work out and of course located between Wineries. The space Large almost 4000 square-foot home. Guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom. Lots of places for parking. You can even bring your own RV and park it on top of a hill - Yes; we live on a Two acres property. We are located between Four great wineries that offer wine testing and food. Guest access We have available private entry for guests. We periodically change the codes for security reasons. The home / area is safe with no incidents since we moved in this Town. We have hosted Doctors, Traveling Nurses and other professionals looking for a place to stay. During your stay The house is big and you have your own privacy. We are mostly gone; so it may feel like you are by yourself for the most , apart from maybe another guest that may be present. We are very strict and respect guests privacy. No parties allowed in the home. You can come and go as you want - It is your private rental mini place. You just need to minimize the noise level. You are also free to bring your friends / family for a visit / stay, but that must be communicated to the host before anyone can come in the home. Other things to note We are professionals and we are almost gone for the most part of the week. I must also mention that we are a phone away if someone needs help.
