I am renting 1 bedroom with a private bathroom in my home. The bedroom is spacious and accommodates 1 person comfortably. The property is only 15 minutes away from Newtown Square and Media, 20 minutes away from King of Prussia and 30 minutes away from Philadelphia and easily accessible by public transportation. There is free parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We hope to host you when you are in the area. The space The house is over 2000 square feet with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Laundry room available onsite and parking for up to 5 vehicles. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen and laundry room. Since this is a shared space, guests are expected to follow simple rules such as you clean the space you used, wash dishes and respect other guests. During your stay I will be available to help the guests with anything as often as needed. I may stop by the property every once in a while to restock items as needed. I will be following strict guidelines to follow current CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe.
