The house is 3 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Montañita. Other things to note Attention For stays longer than 15 days (up to 30 days), guests are responsible for their own utility consumption. Basic services are NOT included. Approximate monthly cost: USD 45 (internet, water, and electricity). The house is delivered clean, organized, and with all items in proper condition. The house must be returned in the same condition as received. Please maintain cleanliness, order, and proper care of the property at all times. Any failure to comply will result in additional charges, depending on the level of neglect or damage. House Rules – Important Do NOT move furniture, mattresses, or appliances. Mattresses must NOT be placed on the floor or taken outside. Do NOT change the location of kitchen utensils or household items. All items are delivered organized and in their designated place and must remain that way. This is a private home, not a hotel. Failure to follow these rules may result in extra cleaning fees, damage charges, or replacement costs.
