In The Heart of Naples, Suite with Lake & Pool

Welcome to your lake view Paradise Suite in my home! I hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I keep this place spotless! Kings Lake, where this home is located, is one of the best kept secrets and safest zones in Naples. It is only 5 minutes from downtown Naples and 10 minutes to our amazing beaches. Corner lot with amazing peaceful lake and pool to relax. It is a very quiet area. Around our lake is a 1.5 mile walking path. The space This is a private apartment attached to my home. It has its own private entrance through a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy it with your coffee. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave, Keurig coffee maker as well as laundry room and a tv in the common area with sofa bed. A bathroom stocked with towels and a hairdryer with access to the pool. For the bird lovers I have a few parakeet in the cage by the pool for your enjoyment .The bedroom holds a king-size bed, large screen tv and a walk-in closet as well as sliding doors out to your own private pool. A/C is control by the owner but will happily change the temperature to your desired temperature. There is also a seating area at the lake behind my house with a fire pit for your use. There is the main room that is a kitchen/ living room with sofa bed for a 3rd person. PLEASE NOTE !!! service emosional pets/dogs over 14 pounds are not allowed in this property because of the building HOA restriction and safety of my elderly neighbors. Guest access You will have access to the peaceful lake , garden and pool during the pool hours. The pool hours are from 8 am to 8 pm . There is a gas grill available for your use.Your own Landry room. Other things to note Overstay and early check in or late check out are welcome for additional $20 hr. Pool Hrs. 8am to 7pm. No noise after 9 pm. Pool is open until dusk. A/C is control by the owner to your wish temperature. For the bird lovers ,there are few of parakeet in the cage by the pool ,please enjoy beauty of them. NOTE!!! I do not accommodate service -emotional pets/dogs/cats (over14 pounds)because of building restriction /HOA and also safety reasons of my elderly neighbors. If you service /emotional pets is less then 14 pounds please let us know when you making your reservation.
