WiFi is included, Also Bluetooth speakers for more fun! Pets are 100$ extra I am living in the home. But i will mostly not be here. Anything else is Accessible Other things to note Trash goes out Sunday night if your stay includes a weekend stay please place trash on the curb Sunday night.
