Guest access You will have access to entire home, deck and outside spaces. Please be gentle and respectful to the home. We are "well trained" dog friendly as well! We ask for a 2 dog limit, under 50 lbs, no barkers, and a a $50 nonrefundable pet fee per stay that will be requested separately through Airbnb. We ask that you practice our "4 on the floor" policy. No pets in or on beds, or furnishings. If excessive hair is found on beds and furnishings, there may be a fee charged for extra clean up. Please clean up after your pet as well when doing their outside business. If you do have to leave the dog while you are staying, we ask that dogs are kenneled at that time. Under no circumstances are dogs to be left unattended in the home. This is of course to ensure there is no damage caused by the dog. We understand that it can be scary and uncertain for them being in an unfamiliar place. My biggest concern is letting your dogs go into another's yard. Kachina is full of dogs and they do bark at everything so I get that. As long as they are in your yard, and walking with you on a leash then there shouldn't be a problem. We are dog friendly only. Other things to note -An accurate headcount is mandatory for safety reason such as a fire. - Check in after 4:00 PM - The door code will be provided to you on the day you check in prior to your arrival. - Please inform us of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Check out before 10:00 AM - Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Take out the all trash - Load and start the dishwasher - Leave all slept-in beds unmade - Place all used towels in the downstairs bathtub - Keep all cream, conditioner, shampoo, and soap in their original spots - Place TV remotes in front of the TV - Please keep the thermostat at 60 degrees Fahrenheit when leaving - Make sure all gas outlets are closed including the kitchen, fireplace, and barbecue - Please inform us if the gas is empty for the grill or fire pit at the end of your stay - Place all furniture back in its original position if you have moved it - Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances - Close and lock all windows and doors (and place wood block at end whenever it is available) - Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it HOUSE RULES: - No smoking - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Please report any damages that occur to your host immediately - Do not jump or run inside the house - Do not hang on the deck railing - Please do not change any WiFi settings or add/remove any profiles on the Smart TV Other things to note No parties not allowed at house.
