Welcome to “Blue Barn” vacation home, a country retreat located between beautiful St. Joseph beaches and several Baroda wineries. A welcoming, open floor plan makes it easy for your group to spend time together. Enjoy the crisp white bedding, fully stocked coffee and wine bar, and private fire pit to unwind with friends and family. Grand Mere State Park, Weko Beach, and several local breweries are all just a short drive from this ideally located property. Our guests have full use of our 700 square foot barn space. This includes two floors and a large deck that overlooks natural fields. Be on the look out for a family of deer or a flock of turkey! The first floor has a full-sized pull out bed perfect for two. Climb up our antique spiral staircase to the main living space on the second floor. Our open concept living room and kitchen allows for everyone to relax together. There are two bedrooms located off of the living area each with a queen sized bed, luggage rack, and rustic barn door. The barn is completely at your access with the exception of the garage. You have a full back yard with fire pit and yard games. You can access the barn using the backyard deck or the main level front door. Stairs are required to enter the full suite. We are as available to our guests as they need us to be. It’s our goal to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We are situated by many local beaches, Grand Mere State Park, 10+ wineries and several little towns along Lake Michigan’s shoreline. If you’re a sports fan, we are just 33 miles from historic Notre Dame. Enjoy the country atmosphere while being 5 miles from Starbucks or Meijer. Car is the best option for transportation. There are several wine trail companies but there are limited Ubers. There is ample parking at the Barn. The suite is located on the second floor of the barn, so stairs are required.
