One-bedroom condo - overlooking the harbor!

Are you looking to get away? This one-bedroom, one-bath condo, which overlooks the Harbor in Burnt Store Marina, is a perfect destination! We are a second-floor unit with an elevator and stairs. Our screened-in lanai has comfortable patio furniture with views of the marina, where you can watch the sunset, dolphins, and manatees swim by. Our community has a golf course and a marina, and the Freedom Boat Club is located in the community. The space New Pictures in December 2024 Our one-bedroom condo has a full kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a washer and dryer in the unit, a screened-in lanai that overlooks the marina, with amazing views of the water. The full kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. The one-pot coffee maker takes Keurig pods or ground coffee, as well as a multi-cup Mr. Coffee. We recently replaced the couch. The second bed is a high-end, comfortable inflatable mattress. Washer/Dryer, towels/linens, hair dryer, central air/heating On certain nights, you may hear live music from Cass Cay, but they end by 9 pm. We have seen dolphins and manatees from the lanai! Guest access We have a keyless door lock, you will receive your code to unlock the door the day before your arrival. It will be valid from our check-in time (3:00 PM) until our check-out time (11:00 AM). If you would like to check in earlier, reach out to Amy, and if there is availability, she can change your check-in time. Other things to note Our condo is within the Burnt Store Marina, a gated community. We will notify the front gate off of Burnt Store Road of your arrival. There are two restaurants: Cass Cay Restaurant & Bar, which is within walking distance (you can even hear the live music from the lanai), and Linkside Cafe, about 1.5 miles away on the Golf Course. Other community resources are available for a fee. The Trading Post serves food to go or to eat on their deck outside. Sandwiches, Pizza, Salad, and other options. There is a small selection of provisions if you forget something at the grocery store, including beer and wine.
