Our one-bedroom condo has a full kitchen, bathroom with tub, washer and dryer in the unit, and a couch in the living room that pulls out to a full-size bed. The screened-in porch overlooks the Marina with views that take my breath away. Full kitchen with everything you could need to make great meals. One pot coffee maker will take Keurig pods or ground coffee as well as a multi-cup Mr. Coffee. Washer/Dryer, towels/linens, hair dryer, central air/heating On certain nights you may hear the live music from Cass Key but they stop early. We have seen dolphins and manatee from the deck! Guest access Within the gated community, there are two restaurants Cass Cay Restaurant & Bar which is walking distance (you can even hear the live music from the porch) and Linkside Cafe about 1.5 mile away on the Golf Course. Other community resources are available for a fee. The Trading Post serves food to go or to eat on the porch outside. Sandwiches, Pizza, Salad, and other options. Small selection of provisions if you forget something at the grocery store including beer and wine.
