If you're looking for good value, to be able to be in the town centre, at the beach, or in the countryside all within 15-20mins (by bus) then you've come to the right place. This two story house comes with a living room with seating that you'll snuggle into, and a spacious kitchen to cook, eat and even work from. The private back garden gets lots of sun (when it's sunny!), and the front garden has a driveway for private parking. All on a quiet residential street with nice neighbours. The space The kitchen is large enough for multiple people to cook, eat and socialise. All cutlery, plates, cups, and utensils are provided. The living room has a smart TV and large comfortable seats. The bathroom has a new bath fitted (25/06/2024). New flooring to be fitted the first week of July '24. Bedroom comes with wardrobe and drawers. It isn't large, but the bed is comfortable. Guest access Apart from the other bedroom, all rooms in my home are available to use. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, your bedroom, and garden. During your stay I am available on the Airbnb messaging and can also provide my number for the duration of your stay. Other things to note My house is in a residential area that is best accessed by bus. It will take 15-20mins to travel on the bus from the city centre. The area is quiet and has various supermarkets and a shopping park approximately a ten minute walk away.
