Main level: -covered porch with chairs -living room with comfy couch, chairs, heater and large smart TV -remodeled kitchen with high end appliances, coffee/tea cart and built-in dining nook -laundry room with washer/dryer and extra storage for guests plus stairs leading to back yard. -two bedrooms one with a king bed and with smart TV, one with a queen bed -one full bathroom with tub/shower combo Upstairs: -one bedroom with 2 twin beds -one rec room with 2 built-in sleeping nooks and 2 bean bags that easily convert into beds, large smart TV, game table and lots of games, kids toys etc. -one full bathroom newly remodeled with shower stall **For bookings of more than 10 guests: - Guests agree to pay an additional $200/Night plus a $120 Cleaning fee to include the downstairs unit in the reservation.
