Furnished studio of 1 room - 30m2 Located on the ground floor of our house with direct access to the garden and lake views. Quiet and green residential area, close to the lake, shops and train station. ***City tax of CHF 4.20 per person per night to be paid on site *** The space Living arranged kitchen, with ceramic glass stove, oven, fridge and microwave. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 200. Bathroom with shower /WC and hair dryer. TV and internet connection. Guest access Parking Unfortunately, it is not possible to park in front of our house and we do not have a private parking space to offer you. There is a small free parking lot in the neighborhood, but we cannot guarantee you a spot. Alternatively, there is the “Place du Mail” parking lot, which costs CHF 1 per hour from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The first 30 minutes are free, as are Sundays and public holidays. Alternatively, there are spaces in the blue zone, where parking is free and limited to 1.5 hours with a European blue parking disc, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Other things to note ***Tourist tax of CHF 4.20 per person per night to be paid on site***
