The space Welcome to our charming and spacious three-bedroom retreat, featuring two queen beds and a single bunk bed. The house, while a little older in age, has a warm and cozy atmosphere that we hope will make you feel right at home. It may not have the modern touches of newer properties, but its character and comfort provide a relaxing environment for a peaceful stay. We kindly ask that you manage your expectations, as the home’s classic charm might be a bit different from newer, more contemporary designs. During your stay, enjoy complimentary NBN Wifi and Smart TV access. Our well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, although please note there is no dishwasher available. The laundry room comes with both a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Relax in the sunroom, where you’ll find a comfortable chaise lounge and coffee table—perfect for reading, enjoying a quiet moment, or taking in the stunning sunrise and sunset views. For some outdoor fun, take advantage of the provided kayak and catch the famous blue crabs of Western Australia. Conveniently located just a short drive from Mandurah and Pinjarra, you’ll have easy access to local attractions and amenities. We truly hope you enjoy your stay and find the comfort and relaxation you deserve. Guest access Our property offers self-check-in with a lockbox at the front. The code will be provided to guests before their arrival. We also a long driveway and a carport available for guest parking. The house features its own jetty, providing access to the canal and river. Other things to note House Rules: *Strictly No Smoking *Strictly No events or parties *No pets allowed in the house *Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am seven days a week. Boat: If you bring your boat please only use our jetty not our neighbors ones. Also there is only one boat that can be tied up onto the jetty. The boat can't be any bigger than 26ft, less than 10m. Kayka: We have a small Kayak and a child's life jacket available for guests to use. But we kindly ask that you ensure it is securely tied after each use. If the kayak is lost due to a guest's failure to secure it properly, we may need to charge. Crab net: We don't provide crab nets for guests as they are too easily lost.
