Yuku House - Oceanview - Apartment 1

Casa Yuku has 2 independent apartments with the option to rent the entire house, located in San Agustinillo on the coast of the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Both apartments are fully equipped with amenities and services. The house is located on a plot of land called Rancho las Hamacas on the top of a hill offering a quiet experience. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the village, where you can find several shops and restaurants. The space Beautiful fully equipped apartment in a quiet area, with amazing ocean views and sunsets in Punta Cometa. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a safe, a full kitchen, a living room, a closed bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace with a hammock. We also have Starlink satellite internet, perfect for working remotely. Additionally, we provide a lamp and a beach kit with a cooler backpack, towels, and an umbrella. Housekeeping is available every other day. Guest access Casa Yuku has its own private parking, which is shared between the 2 apartments. The ramp to enter the property is a bit steep. The house is located 300 meters from the beach and to get there you have to walk 5 minutes downhill through a path that leaves directly from the property. Public transportation (bus or taxi) passes right in front of Casa Yuku, allowing you to move between the surrounding villages: Zipolite, Mazunte, Ventanilla. Other things to note There is no hot water on the property Waste is separated into organic, non-organic, and glass. Please use the resources carefully.
