Our centrally located cozy, minimalist backyard apartment (257 sq ft) is located behind the main home, with a private entrance, and offers all the great comfort and convenience you need. The minimalist apartment shares one wall with the tiny studio listed separately. Both spaces are detached from the main house. The entire property is well lit with sensor lights throughout. During the day you can enjoy the birds chirping and eating from the several bird feeders we have throughout the backyard, and at night you experience a very tranquil ambiance, it's very relaxing. A queen-size bed with a very comfortable medium-firm memory foam mattress, lamps on either side, recess lighting, comfortable pillows, and soft cozy sheets. The kitchen has been equipped with a microwave, standard-size fridge, electric cooker, dishes, cups, coffee mugs, and a Keurig coffee maker. Feel free to bring any condiments you may want to use to cook any special meals. We provide a start up supply of toilet paper. Please keep this in mind for longer stays. The TV only has access to Netflix and YouTube and no local channels. There is only 1 vehicle parking space. Private entrance. *** Please review these important Property Rules and Reminders *** • This is a non-smoking property. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside.
