We're a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Chicago (depending on traffic). The unit is on the 2nd Floor and is separate from the rest of the house (we live on the 1st floor). 1 Dedicated Guest Parking spot (included). Additional Free Parking is available. The space This is a truly unique 2nd floor apartment that has been newly renovated. complete with a real record player and a retro fridge in the kitchen, you will feel so at home here. The middle bedroom has a one-of-a-kind headboard with a full-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has twin bed with trundle beneath it. So, translated, you have one full-sized bed (sleeping 2) and 2 twin beds. We like to say that the place sleeps 3 comfortably, and 4 reasonably. Guest access Feel free to make yourself at home on the back porch or in our welcoming back yard which has a gas grill.
