Situated on a corner lot, there is plenty of space to park and green space to enjoy as well as plenty of safe street parking. As you walk up towards the main house, you’ll find a flagstone pathway leading you through the patio to your guest suite and ground-level private entrance with no stairs. Outside your suite, you are free to enjoy the patio, fire pit, and electric pellet smoker/grill. Inside, you’ll enjoy a king bed, a table for two, LG 55” Smart-tv, luggage rack, clothes storage and hanging area. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with everything you might need for dining in or an extended stay, including small induction cooktop with pots and pans, Breville toaster oven, Breville water boiler, basic cooking implements as well as silverware, glasses, and dishes. Along with the Nespresso coffeemaker and water boiler, we include an assortment of coffee and tea. Send us a note if you have any special needs, but you'll find the distance to Hyde Park and downtown very appealing. Modern bathroom includes encaustic tile floor, custom vanity and shower, and heated bidet. No smoking or e-smoking is allowed in or outdoors on the property. No pets.
