Small Room in Barcelona

I am happy to welcome you to this wonderful space to offer you an experience based on silence, calm and the senses. Next to GÜELL PARK. We put all our love into keeping our spaces in excellent condition so that you can enjoy a space full of harmony and good feelings from the first day to the last. The space The room is small next to GÜELL PARK, although with a double bed. After each check-out, sheets and pillowcases are changed and rooms are scented to leave them perfectly clean. Luckily, our house is a ten-minute walk from the metro (Line 5, El Carmel), 5 minutes from PARK GUELL, and two minutes by bus (Line V19, 22, 24, 86, and 119). At the time of booking I will inform you of everything you need to get to our house, as well as other details of your stay. I hope you enjoy Barcelona and everything it has to offer. It will be a pleasure to help you in any way we can. We are scrupulously respectful of our guests and offer ourselves according to their needs, so if you need silence and discretion you will have all you want. You will have us at your full disposal to solve any problems you may have. Guest access The bathroom is shared. Other things to note To make your stay and the people you share with pleasant, we would like you to take the following recommendations into account: One of the requirements of this accommodation is that it is not for smokers, but if you have made the reservation and did not read this point, we ask that you be respectful and keep it in mind (smoke outside the house). Bringing people into the room is not allowed. Our house is a place of silence and tranquility, so it is important to respect the rest of the people who share this stay with you. To make your stay and that of others as pleasant as possible, keep the shared rooms clean. Remember that this place is a real AirBandB (B&B). We work with love and attention to make your stay as pleasant as possible; the work done by the hosts has a double value because, even knowing that we cannot compete with a hotel, we strive to make your stay the best possible. Oh! We almost forgot, another very important thing is that you keep in mind that you are going to walk a lot, because Barcelona is a very nice city and where you can visit museums, parks (Parque Güell) and monuments (Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló). So bring proper footwear with you, I'm sure you'll appreciate it. Finally, we assure you that your stay will be peaceful and relaxing. Please remember to let us know when you will arrive, so we can be home and welcome you. Check-in is indicated after 1pm, but if you need to arrive later, no problem. We only ask that you inform us of this, so that we can coordinate with you and be home for your arrival.
