Other things to note Additional rules ~This townhouse is part of a family community with 24/7 security and there are specific requirements that need to be met by each rental. ~No pets of any kind because of owner allergies. ~Due to the mountain wildlife, it is against community regulations and local law to leave garbage outside on the porch. This can be met with heavy fines. ~Garbage needs to be brought to the community dumpster. There will be a removal fee for garbage left inside the property following your stay. The dumpster is located on Camelback Rd, behind the overflow parking lot and across from the community center. Only household garbage and recycling can be dumped here, make sure to follow all rules at the site. ~Must be respectful of neighbors and abide by all community rules. ~Only 2 cars can be parked at the house in the driveway, there is no street parking for this house. All other cars can be parked in overflow parking down the hill on Camelback Rd. ~No fireworks of any kind (including sparklers) allowed. This can also be met with heavy fines. ~All dirty towels should be left in the laundry room upon check-out.
