This little gem is quietly located on the 1st floor of a building set back from Rue Saint-Pierre, offering an oasis of tranquility while being at the heart of the action. Easily explore all the shops and attractions of the city center on foot, making this place the perfect base for your stay in Normandy or your business trips. The space Welcome to our spacious studio of over 25 m², quietly nestled on the 1st floor of a peaceful building. This cozy space comfortably accommodates 2 guests. You will discover a cozy living room with an open kitchen, a cozy 140/190 bed, and an elegant bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, offering you everything you need to feel at home. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, for your comfort. Bed linen, towels and welcome kit are provided for a warm welcome. As a reminder, we provide a welcome kit including: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a dose of shower gel/shampoo per person, hand soap, a pod of coffee, tea, sugar per person per stay. In addition, each bed will be equipped with a duvet cover, a fitted sheet, pillowcases. We also provide one bath towel per person per stay, a bath mat for each bathroom and a dish towel for the kitchen. WIFI Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. If you come by car, there is no private parking, but you will find the Indigo Caen Doumer parking lot just a few meters away and parking spots on the adjacent streets. For guests arriving by public transport, the stop is "Tour Leroy" or "Avenue du six Juin" (7 min walk from the apartment).
