The house is a comfortable family home , close to the beach and within walking distance of the village of Malahide, in a quiet location with parking. Dublin Airport is 12 minutes away and Dublin City is 12k which is accessible by both bus and rail. The space The room is located on the first floor with the use of a bathroom and guest lounge with TV, fridge and breakfast snacks. This area of the house is exclusive to guests making your stay entirely private. The first floor is for the use of guests only and is accessed through the main hall door with the downstairs portion of the house used exclusively by the family. Your host being Irish, is warm and friendly and will be available to answer any queries regarding either the area or otherwise but your privacy will also be respected. The house is set in an excellent location in a very quiet area and within a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk along a coastal path to a traditional village hosting a range of restaurants, boutiques, pubs and the historic Malahide Castle on 260 acres of parkland and ornamental gardens and courtyard cafe. Dublin city centre is only 12k away, easily accessed by either bus (2 minute walk) or train (10 minute walk) from the house which is a 25-30 minute journey. Easy access to the M50 and M1 motorway. Guest access The first floor is entirely for the use of guests and is accessed through main hall door with the downstairs portion of the house used exclusively by the family.
