Bedroom #1 Close to KC Airport off I 29, kitchen

Private room in small very friendly town. This bedroom has its own microwave, frig/freezer, coffee maker, smart TV and a private bath not shared by others. Guests also have access to a full kitchen, dining and living area and outside patio with their own grill that are common areas with other guests, but not shared by the host family. They may also use the laundry room which has a half bath. The bedroom is located right inside the front door. The space A quiet neighborhood of ranch style homes. Guest access Guests may park anywhere on the circle driveway as long as they are not blocking another vehicle. It is OK to drive on the grass as well. During your stay You may call me or text me at any time. Other things to note There will be a $10 cleaning fee for each stay of 1 to 3 days; for 4 days or longer there will be a $20 a week cleaning fee. There will also be a $10 per night added for each additional guest greater than 2 per room. For example, this room has one Queen bed and is rated for 2. If they have a small child that wants to sleep on the sofa, there is additional bedding, but there will be a $10 per night charge for that additional person.
