Welcome to beautiful Mainz. Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated apartment with beautiful views from the 6th floor & modern amenities. The apartment is centrally located in Mainz and is quietly located in the Hartenberg/Münchfeld district. The space The apartment is fully furnished and all basic equipment is included. A small hallway leads directly into the living area, which is equipped with a functional bed for 2 people (by arrangement and suitable booking). Fast Wi-Fi and a 43" inch UHD TV with Magenta TV on a self-built wall provide entertainment in the apartment. A folding table attached to the wall allows you to eat and work comfortably. The entire living/sleeping area is decorated with various mood lamps that create a cozy atmosphere. A built-in closet with plenty of storage space for both hanging and folded clothes as well as for the suitcase is available. For smaller meals, a small kitchenette with the most important electrical appliances and kitchen utensils is available. You can see a first glimpse in the pictures. This also applies to the completely newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. Guest access The house has a modern elevator with which you can easily and quickly reach the 6th floor. A laundry room is available on the first floor where you can wash and dry your laundry for a fee. Free parking is right in front of the house and in about 150 m you can reach the bus stops. This is served several times an hour. Mainz Central Station is only 6 stops (8 min.) away and Mainz city center is 2 more stops (2 min.) away. The University of Mainz is also in the immediate vicinity and the university of applied sciences is even a few minutes' walk away.
