La Casilla is an authentic Andalusian farmhouse, more than 150 years old, which, with great enthusiasm, dedication and effort, has been completely restored with great pampering and converted into a cottage, maintaining its original structure and charm. This house and the adjacent one, El Cortijuelo, can be joined by a door, so they are ideal for large groups. It has about 170m2 that are distributed on two floors, with a capacity of 7 people, with the possibility of extra beds... The space It consists of four bedrooms (three double and one single), two bathrooms, a private terrace with great views upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen integrated into a nice living room with two rooms, a fireplace, windows overlooking the countryside and a private porch with a stone table and benches. It is located in the middle of nature, on the border of the Vega de Granada and the Poniente Granadino, from which it has great views of the Sierra Nevada, the Vega de Granada and the Sierra de Parapanda. This location makes it surely the best located accommodation within the region. Being secluded but a few meters from the village of Escóznar you can enjoy the peace that the environment offers, without sacrificing the advantages offered by the village, in which all the necessary amenities are located. Surrounded by fully enabled roads, it is ideal for long walks or biking and visiting all the villages of the region, being a few kilometers away from each other. The property has an area of 2,000 sq. meters of which 1000 sq. meters belong to the houses, not including the large porches that we have.
