This room is based in a 4 bed newly built modern home. The room comes with closet space, a shared bathroom, and all the other essentials for a comfortable including super fast WiFi for working individuals. House is located in a serene location with great views of the River Foyle. There are also great amenities close by such as a Spar, Boots, Barber, and takeaway within walking distance. This house comes with ample parking space out in the front as well.
