There are 3 guest bedrooms total upstairs. Share the common areas like the dining room, sun room, kitchen, living room & backyard with fellow remote workers or travelers! The backyard is spacious with a privacy fence, patio table & grill. For coffee addicts, there is a Keurig coffee machine, french press & 12 cup coffee maker. For tea lovers, there's a hot water kettle plus plenty of tea flavors! Guest access Street parking is plentiful nearby! It's free to park anytime day or night. Upstairs, guests can access their private room and the shared guest-only luxury bathroom. Downstairs, guests can access the sun room, dining room, living room, living room half bath, kitchen, laundry room & backyard. Off limits: downstairs, the door off the dining room is my personal room. Other things to note Please note: due to the subtropical environment and recent heavy rainfall the house is sprayed regularly for pests and occasionally a seasonal bug slips through the defenses. There is a doorbell camera. No cameras inside the home.
