Annex with beautiful views and private hot tub

Brand new hot tub in 2025. Situated in the small village of Lane Bottom our lovely cosy yet very spacious annex is a perfect retreat for anyone wanting to explore our beautiful area. Or a romantic getaway. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with fantastic places to discover. After a long day of adventures relax on the annex balcony with stunning views. There is an outside private sitting area included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster The space The annex is open plan. Through the french doors you will enter the living and kitchen/dining area. The living room has a sofa a Smart TV with access to prime and Netflix. At the back of the annex is an extremely comfy double bed with bedside cabinets. There is plenty of space to walk around the annex. The bathroom is in a separate room within the annex with a toilet, sink, good size shower and a heated towel rail. The hard shell hot tub (new for 2025) with seats and loungers is situated outside the French doors to the annex and is totally private with beautiful views. Guests can watch the wildlife and star gazing while relaxing in the hot tub. Guests who wake up early can enjoy a beautiful sun rise. Watch the hares in the field, the roe deer and even our local barn owls. Guest access On site parking is available on the property of the driveway. Access to the annex is through a side door into the main garden and up a set of steps to the balcony. Other things to note Welcome hampers are available on request sourcing local produce. Prices on request. Taylor made hampers can also be available on request! Prices on request. There is also a delivery afternoon tea service available through a local cafe. 24 hours notice is required. We charge a small cleaning fee of £15. This is mainly to help with the maintenance of the hot tub including chemicals. We really appreciate that guests leave the inside of the annex as it is found.
