Secluded 40-acre lakeview tiny home retreat w/ RV parking. Pets welcome! Escape to private Davenport land overlooking lake & sunsets. Cozy tiny home has 2 loft beds for couples, families, or small groups craving outdoor adventure. Relax on 6,000 sq ft turf for lawn games. Hike open trails, stargaze, park RVs/boats, or camp freely. Hunters OK after quick safety quiz for target range. 10 min to bar, marina, gas & ice cream. Composting toilet + clean outhouses. The space The main living and event area will be drivable right up to the home. The landing area will have artificial turf to keep clean and hold activities. Guest access Parking is available at the lower section or right up to the top of the hill next to the home. Other things to note Gate and door code will be provided day before arriving. If you plan on utilizing the hunters education part, we will have a quiz to take along with copy of ID. Must pick up your brass or casings afterwards. We have two restroom options fresh honey buckets and or a in home composting toilet. If you are not familiar with this we recommend using the out houses.
