You'll be conveniently located a 5 minute walk from waterfront bars and restaurants and have close driving proximity to: Downtown Fox Lake / Metra Station - 5 min Lake Geneva - 30 min Six Flags Great America - 30 min Illinois Beach State Park - 40 min Want to stay in? Our high speed wifi has you covered. Please note, you'll need to climb stairs from the parking spot. Just 18 steps separate you from our large backyard and the entrance to our home. You’ll have access to the entire property, including 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room along with the outside patio space and backyard. You'll find queen sized beds in both our main bedroom and our second bedroom. We're walking distance from several waterfront bars & restaurants. Not feeling like dining out? Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Want to watch a movie after a day out on the lake? Our living room smart TV comes pre-loaded with plenty of streaming applications, all you'll need to bring is your login information. And, of course, there's plenty of extras! Traveling with an infant? There's a Pack N' Play in the master bedroom closet. Did your favorite shirt get wrinkled while traveling? We have an iron and ironing board. Can't live without your morning coffee? Our Keurig and complimentary Starbucks coffee pods have you covered. Prefer tea? We have an electric kettle. PARKING - PLEASE READ We only have space for a SINGLE car (standard size; larger vehicles may not fit). You must be able to parallel park with concrete on 3 sides. Any additional vehicles and any boat trailers will need to be parked in another location. Nearby streets are small and do not allow street parking. We are located on a narrow street on top of a hill so you'll need to be comfortable turning your car around in small spaces. I'm not on location but am happy to answer any questions you may have through the airbnb app. In order to comply with local regulations and in an effort to maintain a secure premises, Cozy Cottage is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside.
