We offer the complete apt and room and double bed and private bathroom ONLY FOR 2 PEOPLE E EXCLUSIVELY during the days FEBRUARY 13 TO 17 - FRIDAY TO TUESDAY (4 nights). Well-lit, airy space, close to all the facilities that Jardim da Penha offers. Close to Camburi Beach, UFES, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and bus stops and taxi stops, but on a quiet street. The space We offer a double room and private bathroom at the disposal of guests in Jardim da Penha. Our space consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an exclusive guest bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room and a balcony. Guest access We offer a private room, with a double bed, which comfortably accommodates up to 2 people and shares the apartment's bathroom. The apartment will be empty and available exclusively to guests. The house's hygiene rules must be respected in all rooms, as well as the preservation of furniture, appliances, household utensils and other items. Other things to note We provide bed linen (sheets, blanket and pillowcases). Personal hygiene supplies are the guest's responsibility. We provide toilet paper and hand soap. We do not offer meals. The apartment has a water filter and microwave. We do not provide a washing machine or parking space.
