A lovely family holiday villa, 100m from beautiful Orhammar bathing lake. The villa is spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2 large reception areas, Sauna, Hot Tub (avail May - Sept), Table Tennis, Canoe & decking area. The villa is freshly decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable and peaceful lake break. With a south facing aspect, you can enjoy sun, BBQs and a glass of wine late into the evening. 1,15hrs to Stockholm. Perfect for bathing, fishing, mushroom foraging, hiking & biking. The space The property has been recently decorated providing a fresh, but cozy feel. The large garden is particularly well suited to families, with a hedge most of the way around and a full size trampoline in the garden . There is a large wooden decking area in the sunny garden, housing the wood fired hot tub, alongside with outside chairs/ sofa, as well as a hammock. There is a Table Tennis table in the garage as well as use of a SUP/ Paddle Board and a 4 person Canoe. Toys/board games/cards are available for your use. 100MB Fibre Broadband and seperate home office available should you need to check-in with work. Guest access Orrhammar is a much admired and well kept holiday home area. There are 2 beaches close to the house, one just two mins walk and visible from the property and a slightly larger beach a pleasant 10 minute stroll away along the lake coastline. At this larger beach there is also an outdoor tennis court available for booking (racquets available to use), as well as changing/toilet facilities. Fishing is permitted on the lake, away from the bathing jetty e.g from the canoe or from the boating jetty. Easy to reach, just 1hr15 from Stockholm (119km). Flen is 7km away, providing a good selection of supermarkets and local shops. The lovely traditional town of Malmköping is less than 20 mins drive (with a local ice cream parlour enroute), and provides a good selection of local cafes and shops. Halleforsnäs is just 10 minutes drive away and has 2 excellent restaurants, a museum, a theatre, a cheese shop and an ice cream kiosk. Other things to note Wood for Hot Tub to be purchased by guests- readily available from multiple locations in nearby Flen.
