A sprawling farmhouse on a spacious plot spread over 1.3-acres, this is ideal for large families who want a break from the steel and dust of city living and to relax amid nature. Built with eco-friendly materials like wood and bamboo, this aesthetically-pleasing dwelling incorporates traditional architecture while providing all the necessary modern conveniences. The indoor open courtyard provides ventilation and cooling even in summer and is lovely to hang around and chat in the evenings. The space It is quite secluded but still accessible , secure and in a gated community, with 24 hours security and a caretaker. The garden outside provides soothing views of greenery and fruit trees and kids will love playing here. The entire house is available exclusively for one group at a time. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except kitchen. Food can be ordered in advance by placing the order with the caretakers. Food is cooked at home and is reasonably priced. Other things to note The internal roads inside the community have street lights. There is an inverter power backup in case of power failure. However, outages are rare. Though the cellular connectivity is poor, you can usually catch some signal near the main door. There is broadband WiFi also available. However, it does break once in a while, which is beyond anyone’s control. There is air-conditioning in all three bedrooms. Please carry back the empty bottles or cans of alcohol that you might consume. This will help us preserve the environment. There is no recycling mechanism in the area.
