It would suit people that are relocating, renovating or building, or here on an extended holiday. Our executive style house sits on the 9th Tee on Mt Maunganui Golf Course and over the road from Omanu Beach. The Iconic Mt Maunganui beaches, shops and restaurants are a short drive and Bayfair Mall is within walking distance. The space The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and the open plan dining/living areas are very spacious. The east facing porch captures the morning sun, and the west facing balcony is perfect for the evenings. It is a very tranquil setting with a private garden, lovely views and great birdlife. A Zieglar Brown bar-b-que is available for your use on the balcony. The master bedroom has an electric bed that you will love, and a 60" inch TV on the wall! Not to mention the views from the bedroom of the golf course! A walk in wardrobe, and semi -ensuite are part of the main bedroom. The two other bedrooms are downstairs and have views of the garden and golf course. They have their own lovely bathroom and a small enclave for tea and coffee making. The larger front bedroom has a wardrobe, TV (internet TV only), sofa, table and chairs. There is direct access to the garden and plenty of outdoor furniture, upstairs and down. Also downstairs is the full laundry and options for drying, line, rack or dryer. The beach is a short walk across the road, with a slightly longer walk to the patrolled Omanu Beach. Bayfair mall is a short 10 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. If the adults are keen golfers a golf cart may be available (on request). Stay connected with the complimentary WIFI, or flick on the smart TV's to watch your favourite shows. Guest access The garage is available for you, with one golf cart taking up one space. There is also off street parking for 2 cars side by side and plenty of street parking. You will have garage remotes and front door keys for access. You may have use of the golf cart on request. There may be a personal car available if you are renting for an extended time. Other things to note All linen and bath towels can be provided.
