The bus takes you directly to the mountain railways in a few minutes to the attractive skiing, hiking and biking area of Flims/Laax/Falera. Fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2022. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. One parking space in the underground parking lot is available free of charge (for normal-sized cars up to a maximum of 1800 kg). Ski and bike room for shared use The space The studio was completely refurnished in 2022 and is modern and cozy thanks to the alpine-chic style. The kitchen has also been completely renovated and now has an induction stove with 4 burners, a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven as well as a coffee maker and a kettle. A basic set of spices, as well as vinegar and oil are provided. You will also receive a set of kitchen towels, drying cloth and sponge. Fresh linens, as well as one shower towel and one hand towel per person are provided and are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment also has a TV with a Chromecast, on which you can play your own streaming services.
