Conveniently located close to Montpellier and the beaches. 1 person maximum Cleaning fee 20 euros (if the tenant does not wish to do the departure cleaning) Bed linen and towel package (30 euros per stay) otherwise provide a fitted sheet of 140 cm, a pillowcase, a flat sheet, duvet or down and a bath towel. No outsiders or pets allowed.
