One Fairways is a luxury 4 bedroom house in the heart of the East Lothian village of Gullane. The house is furnished to the highest standard and is perfect for families, friends or golfers holidaying in this idyllic part of Scotland. The owner, Clare, has thought about everything you could want to make your holiday perfect. From large screen TVs to comfy beds and high pressure showers she’s got it covered. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and can be set up with a king size or twin beds. The space The ground floor of One Fairways has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area as well as a separate lounge/television room and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and will have everything you could need to create anything from a quick breakfast to a banquet! There is a good sized fridge/freezer as well as a double oven and induction hob. The dining table seats 8 people. The four ensuite bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors. All bedrooms can be set up as either double or twin rooms. Three of the bathrooms have high pressure showers and the fourth has a deep bath. The bedrooms can be configured to your choosing with either twin or double beds. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the top floor utility room. and there is a drying room available for golf clubs There is fast wifi throughout the property and every bedroom has a Smart TV so you can access YouTube, Netflix, Amazon as well as the full range of terrestrial television. The living room televisions are also equipped with Sky Sports in HD. If you’re looking to spend time in the house you can lose yourself in one of the many books (we have assembled an amazing golf library) or play one of our board games. Guest access We have private, off-road parking at the front of the house for two cars. There is also on-street parking nearby should you need to park more than two cars. There is a public electric vehicle charging point a few minutes walk from One Fairways. One Fairways is within a very short walk from all of the local attractions - restaurants, pubs, kids play areas are all just a short stroll away. The beautiful Gullane beach is less than a 10 minute stroll from the property. The first tee at Gullane Golf Club is less than a minute's walk away and there are many of the world's finest golf courses just a short drive away. Other things to note The house has fast wifi and there are smart TVs in every bedroom and in both of the downstairs livings areas. All are Samsung Smart TVs and can receive UK free-to-air channels and you can sign in to your own Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon and Youtube. Sky Sports HD is available in the TVs in the living areas. We know that a lot of our visitors will be here to play golf so we have tried to equip the house with everything you will need for a great golf trip. There are drying facilities for clothes and clubs, just in case it rains. We also have a golf library and a set of hickory clubs you are welcome to borrow if you would like to try something different! Clare’s husband David is a very keen golfer and can give advice on where to play in the immediate area and beyond.
