Pine Ridge Old Cafe is nestled on the edge of Bystock Woods, Woodbury Common and just a few minutes drive away from a choice of two beautiful beaches along the Jurassic Coast. Minutes from A La Ronda, Lympstone Village and Budleigh Salterton. This delightfully cosy holiday accommodation comfortably sleeps up to four people. The space This quaint colonial style home built in the 1930's was originally used as a cafe and is still fondly remembered by locals. Situated in Higher Marley Road at the edge of Exmouth town, the Old Cafe is positioned within the 2 acre gardens of our wonderful family home, secure with electric gates and plenty of off-road parking. Modern equipped kitchen with everything you could need to cook your meals. Including an induction hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. There is an open dining area and living room with centered around a log burner and large smart TV for cosy nights in. (Logs can be purchased from a local garden centre down the road). The main bedroom has a plush king size bed, with a mix of modern and antique furniture. The smaller second bedroom has two comfortable single beds. There is a travel cot and high chair on request. Guests are welcome to use children's books and toys on request. The luxurious family bathroom is fitted with a vintage roll top bath, separate shower and underfloor heating. Outside you have a huge private terrace overlooking the woodland garden, with a seating area and BBQ. We also stock the kitchen with basic essentials you may need for your stay. A small supply of dishwasher tablets and washing powder is provided. All linens and towels are provided. Guest access The Old Cafe is self-contained with it's own access through the electric gates of the main house. We love our woodland garden and hope that guest will enjoy wandering around and children are welcome to use the treehouse (under adult supervision).
