This charming, custom-designed cottage offers serene lake views and overlooks botanical gardens, where you’ll find trails that wind around the lake. A short walk takes you to Main Street. The spacious master suite features a king bed, while the fully equipped kitchen and private workspace offer comfort and convenience. Enjoy the peaceful entry courtyard with a water feature, and a cozy screened porch. NOTE - there is an open doorway to the master suite. NO pets or children. FIREPLACE NOT IN USE. The space Our cottage is a unique space, loaded with character, fabulous location, small and cozy! Best suited for a couple, family or close friends. The primary bedroom is open to the living room without a door. Guest access Main Street is just a short walk. You can also walk across the road into the Highlands Botanical Gardens and walk the beautiful trails. We have two parking spaces on our property. If you have an additional guest, short term parking is available along Lower Lake Rd, which is adjacent to the property. Other things to note Due to allergies and sensitivities our property is "Smoke Free" and "Pet Free". We love animals as much as you do, but we have a strict "No Pets" policy. No exceptions please. It is also not "Child Friendly". Our property is NOT SAFE for children, and therefore we find it necessary to strictly adhere to this policy. No exceptions please. No Parties are allowed at our cottage. Due to Town ordinances and close proximity to neighboring homes, we ask that noise and hours spent outdoors in the courtyard be kept to a respectful level.
