A new concept of a seasonal home. There are more than 450 sq. meters for your comfort and enjoyment. Very refined and sophisticated with a panoramic view of the pool. A beautiful house with 3 en-suites equipped with air conditioning and every comfort. A complete house for special moments with family or friends. Comfortably accommodates 12 guests. We accept small pets, obeying the hygiene rules of the property. The space Casa Paris is designed in a modern architectural concept, all glazed and offers a panoramic view of the property. There are 3 beautiful suites, equipped with air conditioning, to make your stay more comfortable, a Bedding Kit is available for use, which contains a pillow, pillowcase, sheet and microfiber blanket. The kitchen is complete with a water filter, duplex refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker and blender. Utensils such as cutlery, pots, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls and 2 dishcloths are available. The pool is heated (Solar Heating) and has a timer and light; at dusk the lights come on, providing a special night. Full barbecue with grill and skewers, meat board and knife. In the laundry room there is a squeegee, broom, 2 floor cloths, 1 liter of disinfectant, and 2 additional garbage bags. In the bathrooms we leave 1 roll of toilet paper, liquid hand soap and disinfectant as a courtesy. *Personal and hygiene items are not included in the stay* We will be happy to welcome you and hope your stay is even better than expected. Guest access The house is located in Vila Lobos Residential Park, a great neighborhood close to everything, with access to Markets, Butchers, Pharmacy and 10 minutes from the Water Parks (Thermas dos Laranjais, Hot Beach and Parque dos Dinossauros). Dreamland Wax Museum: It has 30 incredible scenarios and more than 70 characters from cinema, music, television, sports, politics and history. In each of them there is a surprise waiting for you. Pit Stop in the Snow: A super special place where kids can play in the real snow. The park has toys for you to have fun in the snow, you can make snowmen, snowballs and whatever else your imagination allows.
