We look forward to receiving your reservation. - Annie's Guest House The space All our bedrooms are private, you will be given access to your room and the front door of the house so you may come and go as you please during your stay 24/7. Our en suite bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, 40" flat-screen 4K Smart TV's. There are black-out blinds at the (double-glazed) windows and the room has it's own temperature control. Heating and hot water is available 24/7. Each guest bedroom contains an iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, cooling fan, extra blanket, desk, chair and a 66 litre refrigerator with ice-maker. A kettle, tea/coffee making facilities and fresh milk are provided in the room. Bed linen and towels are provided as is a daily room cleaning service. Same-day guest laundry service is provided at cost price. We arrange this for you so you don't need to be in. Wash, dry and fold is £10 per 10kg. Ironing is charged per item but there is an iron and ironing board in all guest bedrooms if you would like to do it yourself. Full English (cooked) breakfast is an optional extra. We can cater for Vegans, Vegetarians, gluten and wheat-free diets. Breakfast is available from 7am. Kitchen cooking facilities available to guests are a 900w microwave/oven/grill, fridge, twin hot plate, toaster, three tier food steamer and a tabletop grill. Please note that there is no freezer. A range of glasses, crockery and cutlery is also available. Free wireless broadband access from our 1Gbps+ cable connection is available throughout the property, the wifi password will be provided when you check-in. The property is strictly non-smoking but there is an outside seating area for smokers. Free parking is available outside the property. Free luggage storage is available from 6am on day of check in and/or until 9pm on day of departure. Late check out until 1pm is available for an additional £10 per room. Additional items eg cooked breakfast and laundry can be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card. We are an official guest house accommodation that is registered with the local authority. We have an annual fire inspection and fire doors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and a wired fire alarm system. We also have an annual surprise inspection by the environmental health department with a 5* kitchen hygiene rating. We also have £2 million public liability insurance.
