Ideal house for family outings or business trips for short and long stays. House built on a 14,000 square meter property, surrounded by lots of nature, fruit trees and many birds. The space Casa Flor de Sacuanjoche - 1st room: 1 queen size double bed, air-conditioned room (2 guests) - 2nd room: 1 full size double bed and 1 bunk bed, air-conditioned room (3 or 4 guests). - Clothes hangers in both rooms. - A set of bed linens and a set of bath towels. - Ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. - 1 toilet and shower for the 2 bedrooms. - Dining room with sofa and smart TV, 4 seater dining table. - Kitchen area with a medium-sized refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, a blender, plates, glasses, pans, pots, and cutlery. - A laundry area with a washing machine and sink. - A roofed terrace with hammocks. - House built on a 14,000 square meters of land where 2 more houses are located. Walled area on all 4 sides. RENT INCLUDES: - Tap water, propane gas for the kitchen, gardening service, housekeeping service every 4 nights of accommodation, bedding and bath towels, change of bedding and bath towels every 4 nights of accommodation. - Electric power up to 30 kilowatt hours for each night of accommodation. Children must be included to calculate the charge. Guest access The house is exclusive for the renters, there will be no other guests sharing the house, I will not be sharing the house. Casa Flor de Sacuanjoche is built on a property of 14,000 square meters where 2 other houses are located. Each house has its own garden area, and there are also the common gardens. The keys to the property will be handed over by the person making the security. Other things to note Recently, 2022, the highway leading to the city of Chinandega was extended and the road was elevated and approximate to the property. Inside the house you can't hear vehicles on the road, however in the corridor of the house you can hear a little noise from the vehicles. Trees from Polyalthia Longifolia known in Nicaragua as monks have been planted to counteract noise pollution in the corridor, however these will take some time for them to develop.
