The space Stand alone Guesthouse with no shared walls. Nestled in the backyard of family owned home in Reseda. The space is a Studio by design and offers a peaceful and quiet retreat from the hustle of Los Angeles. There’s a bike path right next to us, a 17.9-mile paved route from North Hollywood to Chatsworth, car-free and great for biking, jogging, or walking. FULL BATH Private with walk in Shower- No Bathtub KITCHENETTE Has what you need to cook just about anything. There is no oven. PATIO There is a small 2 person bistro table with chairs outside the front door that overlooks a pool. POOL Registered Guests may swim BEDS One Queen Bed One Sofa Bed Convertible Bed width: 55 1/8 " Bed length: 80 3/8 " Baby Pack N Play available upon request. It must be requested as early as possible to ensure availability. $40 Service charge for delivery and set up PARKING SMALL CARS: gravel parking spot, do not block driveway. LONG CARS: street parking. Just reach out and ask :) The couch in the Guesthouse converts to a bed so we have the ability to host 4 Adult Guests. With that said, it is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. In LA, it is recommended to have a car to get around, but we do have very comprehensive public transportation nearby in walking distance. PARKING: you may use the driveway from 9pm to 8am if you are having a hard time finding parking. Other things to note The Guest House is private and nestled in the furthest back of the property lot. You will park on the street, walk via the home's driveway to the back of the lot where your entrance is. There are three small steps you'll have to go up. your entrance is decorated by an adjacent pomegranate tree. PARKING NOTES:*** You may park on the driveway to unload luggage.
