We offer a sparkling clean, well decorated studio in a quiet Reseda residential neighborhood. We provide you with all that you need for a relaxing and stress free escape. The Guesthouse is quaint and shares no walls with anyone else. It is nestled in the backyard of family owned home in Reseda. The space is a Studio by design and offers a peaceful and quiet retreat from the hustle of Los Angeles. Within your Guesthouse you'll find a private and separate bathroom with a walk in shower. There is no bathtub. The kitchenette has what you need to cook just about anything. There is no oven. There is a small bistro table with chairs outside the front door that overlooks a pool. Although the pool is private, it gives off California vibes just relaxing next to it. There's an abundance of fruit trees and you are welcome to snack on anything, we just ask that you don't pack the grocery bag from our trees :) If you need something that our Guesthouse is missing, we will do our best to get it for you. Just reach out and ask :) The couch in the Guesthouse converts to a bed so we have the ability to host 4 guests. With that said, it is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. We are about 3 minutes to groceries and other shopping. You can hop on the 101 freeway and make it to Hollywood, Malibu, Universal Studios, or even Santa Barbara. In LA, it is recommended to have a car to get around, but we do have very comprehensive public transportation. Residential neighborhood only minutes to many shops and groceries. The neighborhood backs up to a shopping center where you can find all that you need. A car is recommended while visiting Los Angeles, but we do have a very comprehensive public transportation system in Los Angeles. You will park on the street, walk via the home's driveway to the back of the lot where your entrance is. There are three small steps you'll have to go up. your entrance is decorated by an adjacent pomegranate tree.
