34 Monmouth Beach

34 Monmouth Beach lies to the west of the historic Cobb in Lyme Regis. It is a beautifully finished and stylishly furnished wooden chalet right on the beach. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the generous wooden deck at the front of the chalet. There is parking behind the chalet and a ramped access. Our chalet is great for couples, small families and friends; it can sleep 4. Our change over days are Friday and Monday (though this listing may state Fridays only), check in 4pm, check out 10am. The space • Sleeps two comfortably and 2 children. • Small, approx 13.5 sq m but well designed to maximize space. • Well-equipped small kitchen. • Shower room with underfloor heating. • Comfortable futon sofa-bed, futon mattresses on the mezzanine and plenty of well-designed storage space. • Wooden decked terrace right on the beach, about 4.5 sq m, some beach chairs are provided. • Maps of Dorset walks in the chalet to explore and outside seating provided for guests, a few favourite games and books. • Parking is located right behind the chalet for one car and there is ramped access to the front door. • Within easy reach of Lyme Regis cafes, restaurants and pubs. • An electric heater is provided though the space is small and warms up quickly. • Futon sofabed bedlinen is provided, but please bring your own shower towels and any bedlinen / sleeping bags for the two single futon mattresses on the mezzanine. • The futons are firm - so please consider when booking. Please note: our mezzanine level is not standing height; children love it, but please bear this in mind when booking. The stairs are steep and some edges of the mezzanine are open with wire roped barriers only. Again, please consider this when booking as this area isn't suitable for children under 6.
