It is our pleasure to help you plan your time with us. :) Guest access Guests can access the massive Living area on the Ground floor that houses the Outdoor Swimming pool, Theater system, Recreational Room, Outdoor gardens, Play area, Dining Area and lots more! Guests can also access the entire 1st floor which houses two fully furnished apartments, with 4 bedrooms, respective bathrooms, kitchen and balconies for all rooms etc. With addition in number of Guests we also provide a fully furnished flat on the 2nd floor that includes 2 rooms with en suite bathrooms and a hall with balconies. Rooftop access May be provided but only with prior permission till sunset. Multiple parking available. Can accommodate approximately 6 cars. We, at Aumkar, strive to keep a friendly relationship with our guests, hence, all options and details can always be discussed and we can help you find the perfect solution to your needs, small groups (8 pax.), Families big or small, Wedding Crew etc. Everyone is welcome :) Other things to note The house looks like an apartment building but surely gives the vibe of a private lavish bungalow. We have our in house chef, Mr. Ram, who has been working with us since 10 years and makes delicious home cooked meals at your request varying from North Indian to Italian specializing in Indian food. Feel free to get in touch with us for the same. With great past experience i would like to say that we have one of the best meals available in Karjat. Electricity failure occurs in Karjat but we have a generator and invertor (for lights and fan), so don't worry we got you covered. Proximity is close by to lake, main village, market, D-mart, wine shops, Saltt, ND Studio at roughly 15 minutes from the property.
