PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION. Welcome to a comfortable apartment with a tremendous location . A wow place just on the edge of the famous Baga beach with Titos lane just a stone throw away . It is a resort complex having a private home stay apartment located on the second floor.The apartment consists of a one bedroom, a one living room and one bathroom. Ac only in the bedroom which circulates in the living room also. Apartment is on second floor without lift. The space Amenities: 1. One King bed and One single bed in bedroom and also One single 3inch mattress. 3. 32 inch smart TV which supports Netflix, Disney hotstar etc.Guest shuld use their own account. 4. Wardrobe 5. Big refrigerator, 6. One bathroom. Other things to note This apartment is located in Nazri resort which is 400 meters from baga beach and titos lane . Nazri resort has hotel rooms and service apartment also. Service apartment owned by private owners which is listed on airbnb. Hotel rooms are owned by nazri hotel. Their are some rules to be followed by guest. ⭐️If guest want to use pool then guest has to pay Rs.500 pool charges person or order food from their restaurant and use pool free. ⭐️Pool timings are 9am to 6pm. ⭐️Pool costumes are lycra made fabric. ⭐️Outside food is not allowed (Swigy, Zomato, Dominoz) however apartment guest can bring groceries to cook in apartment: Also resort has pool side restaurant guest can order food from their also (Optional) ⭐️Visitors are strictly not allowed in the room. ⭐️ Services, facilities are provided by apartment owner. ⭐️ Apartment is on second floor no lift for building. Guest has to do self check in with code number ,after reception formalities are done. Check in is self with code number.
