Stone house in the heart of Santa Sofia

This historic but renovated stone house will provide you with the perfect starting point for visiting the Casentino Forests National Park, Monte Falterona and Campigna. The apartment can be accessed with a staircase covered by a veranda, and the entrance overlooks a large courtyard. A few minutes away by foot, you can reach all the services of Santa Sofia: supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment can also be reached by public transport from Forlì (line 132). The space At the entrance there is the kitchen and the living room, very large and bright. The apartment includes a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 4 beds: two single and one double, and a hallway for studio use with desk. The bedroom overlooks a street, for those who are light sleepers it is not ideal to sleep with the window open, while closing there is no problem with double glazing. Outside you can enjoy a large private courtyard with use of the fireplace for grilling (currently not accessible for work, it will be available again from March 2023) Guest access Self check-in and convenient parking in the garage below the property. Other things to note The courtyard overlooks 3 other houses, of which only one is inhabited by my aunt, who will be happy to tell you all the stories of the place.
