This cozy and fully private guest suite offers your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom, living area, full bathroom, and a private patio where you can relax after a busy day in Tampa. You’ll also enjoy a private jacuzzi and access to a large shared pool, all in a quiet residential area just a few minutes’ drive from Busch Gardens, the Hard Rock Casino, and other main attractions. The space The guest house is completely private and separate from the main home, featuring its own private entrance and exclusive patio with no shared access to the main property. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to enjoy our shared backyard, which is accessible to the main house and another Airbnb on-site. It includes a spacious pool (swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty), a relaxing pergola, and a barbecue area for your enjoyment. We do not accept pets on this property. Only service animals are allowed in accordance with Airbnb’s policy and applicable law. Please note: animals are not allowed in the pool, jacuzzi, beds, or furniture, and they may not be left alone in the listing without prior approval. Guest access Guests have a dedicated parking space in the driveway, located on the side of the main house, not directly in front of it. Look for the white vinyl gate you’ll see two entrances there. Please park in front of the red sign, not the blue one. This ensures you're in the correct spot reserved for your unit. Other things to note 🐞 Florida Wildlife As part of Florida’s tropical climate, you may encounter mosquitoes, small geckos, or other insects despite our regular pest control. Rest assured, we clean and sanitize thoroughly between stays. If any “nature neighbors” make their way indoors, let us know, and we’ll address it promptly. 🎶 Noise Disclosure Being close to Busch Gardens, local bars, and neighbors, you might hear some crowd noise or music, especially on Thursday through Saturday evenings. These sounds typically subside by midnight. 👃 Scent Notice Please note that we are not a scent-free property. We use a variety of cleaning products, which may not be suitable for guests with strong scent sensitivities. 👚🧺 No Laundry Facilities This guest apartment does not include laundry facilities. The pool is shared with another Airbnb and is 10 feet deep. If you don’t know how to swim, please stay in the shallow area. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk.
