Each bedroom has an attached washroom, and the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen. Daily housekeeping is provided once a day. Vagator and Anjuna beaches are just a 10-minute drive away, while restaurants Thalassa and Olive are also 10 minutes away. The space The Space 🛋️ Living Room The villa has a spacious, air-conditioned living room with sofa seating, TV, JBL speaker, and a swinging hammock. The living area opens directly to the pool and patio, offering clear pool views. 🎶 Entertainment Equipped with a JBL speaker and TV, the villa is perfect for music, movie nights, or downtime with family and friends. 🍳 Meals & Kitchen The villa includes a fully functional kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, and cutlery — everything needed to prepare meals or morning coffee. A private chef can be arranged at an additional cost to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ingredients as per actuals. Guests may also order via Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit. 🧹 Housekeeping Daily housekeeping is provided once a day to maintain a clean and comfortable environment throughout your stay (10 am to 5 pm). Towels and linen are provided and replenished every 3 nights to help conserve water. 🍽️ Dining Area Adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6 guests comfortably. We collect Rs. 30,000/- security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against all of these Guest access The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. For check-in post 7 PM, the security guard at the gate will ensure smooth check-in. You will have free parking available at all times ! GROCERIES – if you want groceries to be done prior to your arrival, please let us know the list in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we will provide you with the number of a delivery service. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 28 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 30,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these. MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredients and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable).
