We are a 3-generation house with a garden. 1 room is located directly under the roof, and/or next to the kitchen, (see pictures) overlooking the garden and mountains. We share the bathroom. The toilet is extra. Feel free to cook something in the kitchen. In the evening I often like to be on my own, as my days are often exhausting. The local tax is 2.05 per day and must be paid on site. Unfortunately, we have to decline requests from men traveling alone for safety reasons! The space We are located between Zell am See and Mittersill in the beautiful Salzachtal. Not far away are the ski areas of Kitzsteinhorn, Saalbach, Schmittenhöhe, Wildkogel and more. The surrounding Hohe Tauern & Kitzbühel Alps are perfect for hiking, mountain biking, touring, tobogganing, and much more. Immediately away (in the main town of Niedernsill, 2.5 km away) there are numerous shopping opportunities, a bakery, a small museum, a swimming lake, a mini golf and tennis court and an archery court. During your stay If you have any questions, I live in the same house and am also easily accessible. Other things to note The bedroom is an attic room, in the lower room is my treatment room/study. Therefore, I need to know approximately when you are in the room so I can schedule my working hours. Thank you for your understanding!
